Terrie Duda Harris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology - Native American Studies from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers - The State University of New Jersey. A deep desire to be in a healing profession led her to leave her practice of environmental law and to complete a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City.

The Pacific College curriculum comprised over 2,000 hours of classroom training in Oriental Medical Theory, Treatment Technique and Theory, Western Biomedicine, and Herbal Medicine, and over 1,000 hours of Clinical Training.

Terrie is a New Jersey Certified Acupuncturist and is Nationally Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She continues to study and regularly practices Qi Gong and Yoga.

Terrie has also completed a 5-year master's level curriculum in Shamanic counseling, a healing technique based in Native American tradition where connection with Spirit is the key to healing emotional and spiritual issues.
